You agree that when you are using the Site and Services, you are using it for personal use, and warrant that; you are using your true identity, and any personal data that is provided to us is the true, correct, current, and complete data. Users who will act as property owners or brokers (collectively, “Listing Owner”) are required to use the services provided by Propfix in order to publish their listing. Listing owners agree to provide true, correct, updated, and complete data of their listing, before publishing the listing in the site. Propfix, without prior notification to the user, has the authority to take necessary actions for any suspected violation or violation of the Terms of Use and / or applicable law, namely actions in the form of deleting the said property listings, suspending accounts, and / or deleting user accounts.

You agree not to remove or modify any copyright or intellectual property that appear in or at the Site or Services. Further:

1. You agree not to use the Services provided, in any way that is unlawful under any applicable laws, or harm Propfix, its service providers, suppliers, or any other user. You agree not to use the Services in any way that breaches any other code of conduct, policy or notice on the Services;
2. Users are prohibited from creating and / or using devices, software, features and / or other tools that aim to manipulate Propfix system, including but not limited to: (i) manipulation of property listing data; (ii) browsing activities (crawling/scraping); (iii) automation activities in transactions, leasing, renting, promotions, etc, (iv) other activities that can reasonably be assessed as acts of system manipulation;
3. Users are prohibited from duplicating listings, duplicating accounts, or other actions that can be indicated as unfair competition;
4. Users are prohibited to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age, or your affiliation with any person or entity;

Listings published in Propfix are divided into 3 categories, namely:

1. Propfix Stay
2. Propfix Business
3. Propfix Inventory

Listing Owners are required to fill in data on the rented/sold property in a good format and according to the standard set by Propfix. Propfix never charges any fees associated with posting a listing in Propfix website (https://www.propfix.sg))

Users are not allowed to publish listings that:

• Deceptive;
• Slander, things that are against moral values such as pornography, vulgar things, or things that offend certain parties;
• Promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hate, harassment or any other situation that is harmful to any individual or group;
• Violence or actions that threaten a party / individual;
• Promote illegal or dangerous activities or goods;
• or things that violate Propfix’s content policies.

Users who use the Space Manager feature have automatically agreed to provide some personal information of the User, which will be used by the Space Manager to carry out processes related to the needs of the User.

The personal information used by Users to submit request to Space Manager are as follows:

1. Full Name
2. Email Address
3. Phone Number
4. Other information required to process the application.

User personal information will not be used for anything else that is not related to the Site or Services related with Space Manager service.

Users who use the Space Manager facility provided by Propfix are required to use the services provided by Propfix to continue the rental/buying process for renting/buying properties on Propfix.com.

Any application submitted by the User to Propfix Space Manager, will be processed no later than 2x24 hours working days, after the User sends the request.

Our Services do not include links to third party products and websites. Propfix does not endorse, and takes no responsibility for such products, services, and websites.

Users that use Propfix Site and Services are free to contact Propfix if there is an individual that uses a copyrighted material that does not belong to the said individual. When User contact Propfix for this issue, please provide the following information:

The materials that are shown in Propfix Site and Services (excluding user-generated content), are property of Propfix, and subject to the intellectual property rights of Propfix and its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to all contents and material including but not limited to text, photographs, pictures, images, videos, audio,sound files, graphical design, and the selection, layout, arrangement, format and compilation of information, data, and search results that are in form of, are part of, contained in or accessed through the Site, the Services, or part of it, and in any enhancements or modifications to, adaptations or translation of, or derivative works based on the foregoing shall be and remain vested in us or our licensors, as the case may be. You further acknowledge that the signs, trade marks, service marks, business identifiers and logos on the Site and Services are Propfix trade marks or those of our affiliated or related companies, licensors, suppliers, or vendors and, as the case may be, you agree not to display or use these marks in manner that is limited or prohibited by us.

Users will release Propfix from claims for compensation and keep Propfix (including the Parent Company, Directors and employees) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees incurred by third parties that arise in the event that you violate this Term of Use, usage of Propfix Services that is improper and / or your violation of the law or the rights of third parties, or with other users in the Service or the Site, your conduct in connection with the Service or the Site, including without limitation any action(s) or claims(s) against Propfix on account of any User Content or Submission being or containing material that infringes the intellectual property of a third party.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any and all disputes, claims and actions arising from or in connection with the Services and/or these Terms of Use. In any dispute arising under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to claim, upon satisfactory proof of the same, reasonable attorneys fees and expenses.

These Terms of Use may be changed and / or updated from time to time without prior notice. Propfix recommends that you read carefully and check this Terms of Use page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use Propfix Services, users are deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms of Use.
